    Pizza Pasta Casserole

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 jars (28 each) spaghetti sause
    1 package (16 ounces ounces) spiral pasta, cooked and drained
    4 cups (16 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheeze
    8 ounces sliced pepperoni

    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer
    pink, then drain. Stir in spaghetti sause and pasta. Transfer to
    2 greased 13x9x2 baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange
    the peppernoi slices on top.

    Cover and freeze 1 of the casseroles for up to 3 months. Bake the
    second casserole , uncoved at 350% for 25-30 minutes.

    To use the frozen casserole:

    Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350F for 25-40 minutes
    or until heated though.

    Yeild : 2 casseroles (8 -10 servings each
