    List of Ingredients


    • 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1/4c. milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1c. sugar
    • 1t. vanilla
    • Mix well and cook for 10 mins. at 350.
    • Topping:
    • 1c. coconut
    • 1c. brown sugar
    • 1/2c. flour
    • 1c. nuts
    • 1 stick butter
    • Mix together and spread on sweet potatoes. Cook for 30 minutes.
