Sweet Potato Casserole II

List of Ingredients



• 1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
  
• 1/4t. salt
  
• 1t. vanilla
  
• 1/2t. cinnamon
  
• 1/3c. sugar
  
• 1/4c. butter, melted
  
• 2 eggs
  
• Topping:
  
• 1/4c. butter, melted
  
• 3T. flour
  
• 3/4c. brown sugar
  
• 1/4c. chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. Mash potatoes. Add salt, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, melted butter and eggs.
   
2. Put in greased casserole dish. Mix topping items and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
   
3. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
