Turkey and Stuffing Bake

1 3/4 cups chicken broth
dash pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
4 cups bread cubes
sliced turkey
12 ounces turkey gravy
In medium saucepan mix broth, pepper, celery and onion. Over high
heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 mins or
until vegetables are tender. Add stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into
2 quart shallow baking dish. Arrange turkey over stuffing. Pour
gravy over turkey. Bake at 350F for 30 mins or until hot.
