Veggie Casserole

1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper, red or green, your choice
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups grated sharp cheddar or more
Cheese Nips, crushed, for topping
melted butter
Mix all this together in a big bowl and pour into a buttered
casserole dish. Top with Cheese Nips and drizzle with melted
butter.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
