1 cup wild rice, barley or combination
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
minced onion or onion salt
4 oz can mushroom pieces, drained
3 cups chicken broth
Wash rice, melt butter in casserole. Add onions. Remove from heat.
Add mushrooms and broth and rice. Cover with foil. Bake 1 to 1 1/2
hours at 325 degrees.
