Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375. POUR FLOUR ONTO WAXED PAPER.
- BEAT BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR, SUGAR AND EGG IN LARGE BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL FLUFFY, ABOUT 3 MINS.
- BEAT IN HOT WATER AND VANILLA.
- GRADUALLY BEAT IN FLOUR UNTIL BLENDED AND SMOOTH.
- STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS. DROP DOUGH BY WELL ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS ONTO LARGE GREASED BAKING SHEET.
- BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINS. OR UNTIL GOLDEN.
- COOL ON SHEET FOR 1 MIN.
