1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Double Stuffed Oreo cookies
1 pkg. almond bark
Recipe
Using food processor, crush one package of Double Stuff Oreo cookies and set aside 1/2 c. of crumbs to sprinkle on after they have been dipped. Mix remaining cookie crumbs with 1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese and put in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. Make 12 to 24 balls the size of pecans or walnuts and chill for another 30 minutes. Next, melt almond bark, chocolate or white chocolate in microware and stir at 30 minute intervals. Dip balls into this with a dipping spoon and place on wax paper to dry. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top as soon as they are placed on paper. Chill these for a few hours and then ENJOY!
