List of Ingredients



• 2 egg whites
  
• 1t. vanilla extract
  
• 3/4c. packed light brown sugar
  
• 2c. pecan halves
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 250.
   
2. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks. Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla, do not underbeat.
   
3. Fold in pecan halves, coating well with the mixture.
   
4. Drop by teaspoonful, 1 inch apart, on a cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray.
   
5. Bake for 1 hour, turn oven off, and let the cookies stay 1/2 hour longer in the closed oven.
   
6. Makes: 2 dozen
