    1 cup butter
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 cups flour
    1 cup ground pecans
    Confectioner's sugar for rolling

    Cream butter. Add the sugar, flour and pecan to the butter. Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Cookies can go on sheets fairly close together, as they do not spread. Bake at 300 degrees on ungreased sheets about 45 minutes. Roll in sugar while hot. Then again when they cool.
