List of Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 to 1c. chopped walnuts
- 1/3c. oil
- 2c. rolled oats
- 1c. raisins
- 1/2t. salt
- 1t. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Let stand a few minutes to let the oats absorb some of the moisture.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- Loosen the cookies with a spatula. Let them cool on cookie sheet.
- Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
