Makes 6 to 7 dozen cookies

Bake time: 8 minutes per sheet
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheets with Crisco Cooking Spray; set aside.
Beat butter, Crisco Shortening, eggs and baking mix with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in walnuts, pecans, peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix well.
Shape tablespoonfuls of dough into balls by hand, then flatten slightly on prepared baking sheets. Bake 8 minutes. Watch closely because cookies burn easily.
