BOSTON BAKED BEANS

1 lb. dried small white beans, rinsed
6 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 chopped onion
1/4 lb. salt pork
Pour beans into crockpot; add water. Soak for at least 6 hours or
overnight. Cover pot and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or until beans
are tender. Add salt, molasses, mustard, brown sugar, and onion.
Cut salt pork into 2 or 3 pieces. Cover and cook on LOW for 10
hours. Keep hot in crockpot.
