    • 1/2C. FLOUR
    • 2t. SALT
    • 1 1/2t. GROUND MUSTARD
    • 1/2t. GARLIC POWDER
    • 6 PORK CHOPS
    • 2T. OIL
    • 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
    • 1/3C. WATER


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, MUSTARD, AND GARLIC POWDER, DREDGE PORK CHOPS IN MIXTURE.
    2. IN SKILLET BROWN CHOPS ON BOTH SIDES IN OIL.
    3. PLACE IN CROCKPOT.
    4. COMBINE SOUP AND WATER, POUR OVER CHOPS.
    5. COVER AND COOK 6-8 HOURS. THICKENED ANY JUICES AND SERVE WITH CHOPS.
