Corned Beef In Brew

6 potatoes, peeled and quarterd
3 onions
1 c carrots, sliced thin
1 c beer
1 3/4 lb corned beef brisket, excess fat trimmed
Place potatoes and onions in the bottom of crock pot. Place carrots
on top of potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Place
brisket on top of the vegetables. Pour beer over all. Cover and
cook on low heat for 9-11 hours.
