- 4 to 5 lb. pork roast
- 2c. water
- 1-16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Place meat and water in crockpot. Cover and cook overnight or 8-12 hours on low.
- Remove meat from bone and discard fat. Discard liquid in crockpot.
- Put meat back in crockpot. Add BBQ sauce. Cover and cook another 1-2 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low,stirring 2 or 3 times.
- Serve from crockpot onto buns.
