    • 4 to 5 lb. pork roast
    • 2c. water
    • 1-16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce


    Instructions


    1. Place meat and water in crockpot. Cover and cook overnight or 8-12 hours on low.
    2. Remove meat from bone and discard fat. Discard liquid in crockpot.
    3. Put meat back in crockpot. Add BBQ sauce. Cover and cook another 1-2 hours on high or 4-5 hours on low,stirring 2 or 3 times.
    4. Serve from crockpot onto buns.
