- 1/2 LB. GROUND BEEF
- 2 CANS RED KIDNEY BEANS
- 1 CAN STEWED TOMATOES
- 1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
- 1 CAN SWEET KERNEL CORN
- OREGANO
- CUMIN
- CHILI POWDER
- BASIL
Instructions
- START BY BROWNING GROUND BEEF IN SKILLET. DRAIN.
- ADD A COUPLE OF PINCHES OF OREGANO, CUMIN AND BASIL TO THE MEAT.
- ADD A LEVEL TBSP. OF CHILI POWDER AND MIX WELL.
- PLACE FINISHED MEAT AND JUICES IN CROCKPOT.
- ADD BOTH CANS OF BEANS, USING THE JUICE OF ONLY ONE CAN.
- ADD TOMATOES USING ENTIRE CONTENTS OF BOTH CANS.
- ADD DRAINED CORN. MIX ALL UNTIL BLENDED.
- SET CROCKPOT ON HIGH FOR 4-6 HOURS.
- TASTE BETTER THE LONGER YOU COOK IT.
