List of Ingredients
- 1 (2lb) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2T. butter, melted
- 1/2t. salt
Instructions
- Place potatoes in crock pot. Combine soup, milk, butter, and salt.
- Stir to mix; then pour over potatoes. Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hrs. Only the low setting is recommended for this recipe.
- Makes: 10 servings.
- I like to add onions also.
