- 2 LB. GROUND BEEF
- 1C. CHOPPED ONION
- 1 1/2C. WATER
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
- 1/4C. CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 2 CANS TOMATOES, CHOPPED
- 1C. TOMATO JUICE
- SALT AND PEPER
- 1/2t OREGANO
- 2C.UNCOOKED MACARONI
Instructions
- BROWN BEEF, ONION, GREEN PEPPER, GARLIC AND DRAIN.
- COMBINE TOMATOES AND JUICE TO MEAT.
- STIR IN SEASONINGS. MIX WELL.
- PUT IN CROCKPOT AND COOK ON LOW 6-8 HOURS.
- STIR IN MACARONI AND COOK 2-3 HOURS MORE.
