SLOW AND EASY BEEF

3 to 4 lb. boneless roast
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
Place roast in crockpot with seasonings. Add 2 cups water. Cook
on HIGH setting for 2 hours, then reduce to LOW setting and cook
all day. Vegetables, such as carrots, potatoes, and onions also
may be cooked in the liquid, if desired.
