SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN SOUP

4 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans diced peeled tomatoes
2 (4 oz) cans diced green chilies
16 oz package frozen corn
16 oz package frozen mixed peppers and oinions
1 onion, chopped
2-3 cups cooked diced turkey or chicken
1-2 cloves chopped garlic
2 Teaspoons ground cumin
seasoned salt (optional)
hot sauce if desired
Cook all day on low. Serves 8-10 If desired garnish with chopped
scallions and shredded cheese.
