    Sherried Beef Tips

    3 lbs beef stew or sirloin tip roast cut into small pieces
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup cooking sherry
    1 pkg dry onion soup mix
    3/4 cup water

    Place beef in bottom of crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients well,
    and pour over beef. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
    Stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.
