Slow-Cooker Beef Tips

List of Ingredients
- 1/2c. flour
- 1t. salt
- 1/8t. pepper
- 4 lb. tips
- 1/2c. chopped green onions
- 2(4oz) cans mushrooms, drained
- 1(10.5oz) can condensed beef broth
- 1t. Worcestershire
- 2t. ketchup
- 1/4c. red wine
- 3T. flour
- buttered noodles
Instructions
- Combine 1/2c. flour with salt and pepper. Toss with meat to coat. Place in crockpot.
- Add green onions and mushrooms. Combine broth, Worcestershire, ketchup. Pour over beef. Stir well.
- Cover and cook 8-12 hours. 1 hour before serving make a paste of red wine and 3T. flour.
- Stir into pot. Cook until thick. Serve over noodles.
