    1 ham (any type - picnic, shoulder, etc.)
    12 oz can 7-up
    1 cup brown sugar

    Cover ham with 7up then brown sugar and cook in crock pot. Drippings
    will make a wonderful gravy! Pepsi/Coke can be substituted for 7up
    but 7up does work best.
