- 3 LBS. BRISKET OF BEEF
- 1 BOTTLE HICKORY SMOKED BARBECUE SAUCE
- 1 ENVELOPE CHILI SEASONING
- 1t. CHOPPED GARLIC
- 1t. LEMON JUICE
- 1T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2C. CHOPPED ONION
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT MEAT IN THE CROCKPOT.
- STIR WELL.
- ADD MEAT AND STIR WELL TO COAT.
- COVER AND COOK.
- LOW- 10 HRS. HIGH- 5 HRS.
- REMOVE THE MEAT AND SHRED. RETURN THE MEAT TO THE CROCKPOT.
- STIR WELL. SERVE ON SOFT ROLLS.
