    • 2 lb. chuck roast
    • 1 (1 oz) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    • 1 (.75 oz) pkg. dry brown gravy mix
    • 1 1/2 c. apple juice


    Instructions


    1. Place meat, onion and gravy mix and apple juice in crockpot.
    2. Cook on low 5-8 hours.
