    Venison Stroganoff

    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    egg noodles
    3 tbsp fresh minced garlic
    2 medium white onions diced
    12oz sour cream
    2tbsp white vinegar
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp sweet paprika
    fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)

    In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, brown onions, mushrooms,
    vinegar and venison. Drain.

    Pour drained meat into a crock-pot and put on low. Add salt and
    pepper, garlic, paprika and rosemary. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
