Apple-sour Cream Custard Pie

2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
6 medium apples, peeled, pared and sliced
9-inch graham cracker crust
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, creamed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all pie filling ingredients except apples. Add the apples
and pour into the graham cracker crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 additional minutes.
Combine topping ingredients and crumble over pie. Bake at 400
degrees for 10 additional minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
