Banana Pudding Cake

- 1 (18.5 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.5 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1c. water
- 1/4c. oil
- 3/4c. mashed bananas
- Glaze:
- 2c. confectoners sugar
- 2T. milk
- 1 dash vanilla
- 1/2c. pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
- In large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, water, oil and mashed bananas.
- Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl and beat 4 mins. on medium speed.
- Pour into pan. Bake 50-55 mins. Let cool 10 mins. then turn out on rack and cool completley.
- To make glaze: combine confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over cake with a zigzag motion. Sprinkle with nuts.
