    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (18.5 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix
    • 1 (3.5 oz) instant banana pudding mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 1c. water
    • 1/4c. oil
    • 3/4c. mashed bananas
    • Glaze:
    • 2c. confectoners sugar
    • 2T. milk
    • 1 dash vanilla
    • 1/2c. pecans


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
    2. In large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, water, oil and mashed bananas.
    3. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl and beat 4 mins. on medium speed.
    4. Pour into pan. Bake 50-55 mins. Let cool 10 mins. then turn out on rack and cool completley.
    5. To make glaze: combine confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla.
    6. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over cake with a zigzag motion. Sprinkle with nuts.
