CREME DE MENTHE PIE

2 cups (24) crushed chocolate cream-filled cookies
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
16-ounce jar marshmallow cream
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
1/4 cup creme de menthe
1 cup milk
Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and butter. Press to the bottom
of a 9" springform pan. Chill.
Whip the cream and set it aside.
Mix the creme de menthe into the milk; gradually stir the mixture
into the marshmallow cream until smooth (or at least nearly so).
Fold in the whipping cream (which has already been whipped) and
pour over the chocolate crumb crust in the springform pan.
Freeze until firm; release the side of the springform pan; serve
