Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Pour batter into a greased and lightly floured 9x13-inch pan
Bake at 325 deg. F approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean
Icing
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp butter or margarine
milk
Place first three ingredients in mixing bowl
Add milk a little at a time, mixing until the icing is of a spreading consistency
Frost the cake
