Five Flavor Pound Cake

- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2c. shortening, melted
- 3c. sugar
- 5 eggs, well beaten
- 3c. plain flour
- 1/2t. baking powder
- 1c. milk
- 1t. vanilla
- 1t. coconut extract
- 1t. rum extract
- 1t. butter extract
- 1t. lemon extract
- Glaze:
- 1c. sugar
- 1t. coconut extract
- 1t. lemon extract
- 1t. rum extract
- 1t. butter extract
- 1t. almond extract
- 1/2c. water
- Bring to a boil and pour over cake in pan. Let cool.
Instructions
- Cream butter, shortening, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix in other ingredients and spoon into greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 325 for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Add glaze.
