    I'm not a cake eater but this cake is wonderful!!!


    List of Ingredients


    • Cake:
    • 4 eggs
    • 2c. sugar
    • 2 sticks soft butter
    • 1 1/2c. flour
    • 4T. cocoa
    • 1 or 2c. chopped nuts
    • 2t. vanilla
    • 1 small bag marshmallows
    • Icing:
    • 1 box confectioners sugar
    • 4T. cocoa
    • 1/2c. evaporated milk
    • 4T. melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix by hand the eggs, sugar, and butter.
    2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, chopped nuts, and vanilla.
    3. Add this to the egg mixture. Bake in well greased and floured pan for 20-25 mins.
    4. When done, cut large marshmallows in half and place on cake while hot.
    5. Return to oven for a few minutes more. Combine all icing ingredients and stir until smooth.
    6. Pour icing over hot cake and marshmallows.
    7. Yield: 9x13 cake
