Lemon Chess Pie

9" pastry shell, unbaked
2 c. sugar
1 tablespoon self-rising flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/4 cup milk
4 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 cup melted butter
Combine sugar,flour and cornmeal. Add remaining ingredients. Beat
until smooth. Pour into 9" unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 375
degrees for 35-45 minutes or until custard is set and the top is
golden brown. Cool before serving. Yield one 9" pie
