MILLION DOLLAR CAKE

1 box (1 lb.) graham crackers, crushed very fine
1 stick butter, melted
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 c. chopped pecans
1 can (3.5 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
Mix all the ingredients. Divide into 3 parts. Bake in greased and
floured cake pans (3 layers) at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool
and turn out on wax paper.
Filling
1 stick butter
1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix all filling ingredients until well absorbed. Spread between
each layer and on top of cake. Cake will slice better if refrigerated
first.
