Marshmallow Cake

40 Graham Wafers
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
12 Maraschino Cherries (cut small)
2/3 cup Chopped Nuts
16 Marshmallows
Roll the graham wafers into fine crumbs and reserve 1/2 cup. Mix together Eagle Brand condensed milk, maraschino cherries, chopped nuts, marshmallows and all but the 1/2 cup crumbs.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the 1/2 cup of crumbs in bottom of pan. Pour mixture in bottom of pan. Pour mixture in and then put the rest of crumbs on top and press firmly with waxed paper. Refrigerate.
