- 1 2/3t. SALT
- 2C. FLOUR
- 2t. VANILLA
- 1C. NUTS
- 5 EGGS
- 1 2/3C. SUGAR
Instructions
- CREAM BUTTER GRAUALLY IN YOUR ELECTRIC MIXER.
- ADD SUGAR AND WHIP FOR 10 MINUTES.
- ADD ONE EGG AT A TIME, WHIPPING AFTER EACH EGG FOR A FEW SECONDS.
- STOP THE MIXER AND FOLD IN FLOUR BY HAND.
- IF NUTS ARE WANTED ADD TO THE MIXTURE BEFORE THE FLOUR IS ADDED.
- FLOUR DUST A BREAD PAN.
- PUT MIXTURE IN THIS PAN.
- BAKE AT 300 DEGREES FOR 1 3/4 HOURS.
