    CAKE
    1/2 cup Butter
    1 1/2 cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    2 tbsp Cocoa
    2 oz Red food coloring
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 tsp Salt
    1 cup Buttermilk
    2 cup Flour
    1 tbsp Vinegar
    1 tsp Baking soda
    FROSTING
    1 cup Milk
    5 tbsp Flour
    1 cup Butter
    1 cup Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla

    Procedures:
    1 Cake: cream together butter, sugar and eggs.
    2 Make a paste of cocoa and food coloring.
    3 Add the paste to the creamed mixture.
    4 Mix salt and vanilla in buttermilk and add alternately with the flour.
    5 Mix soda and vinegar separately, add last, folding in. do not beat after adding soda mixture.
    6 Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
    7 icing: boil together milk and flour until thickened.
    8 Let stand until cool.
    9 Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.
    10 Add milk and flour mix and beat very well.
    11 (the longer you beat it the better it gets).
