List of Ingredients



• 1 1/4c. white or brown sugar
  
• 1 1/2c. chopped pecans
  
• 1 1/2c. vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
  
• 1 1/2c. flaked coconut
  
• 1/2t. cinnamon
  
• 1/2t. nutmeg
  
• 7 egg whites, unbeaten
  
• 1 sliced banana
  
• Whipped cream
  






Instructions



1. Combine the first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until just blended.
   
2. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until filling in set.
   
3. Presentation: Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of banana. Serve warm or at room temp.
