    • 7 egg whites, unbeaten
    • 1 1/2c. sugar
    • 1 1/2c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 1/2c. pecans
    • 1 1/2c. coconut
    • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together and stir by hand.
    2. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake until glossy and set (about 25-30 mins.)
    3. Do not overbake!!! Serve warm with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
