1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2cups apples, diced
FILLING
1 1/2 cups apples diced
1 cup walnuts chopped
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
CINNAMON CARAMEL GLAZE
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tabs butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Recipe
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, add sour cream, vanilla and eggs, mix well. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together,add to creamed mixture. Beat 3 minutes. add 1 1/2 cup apples. Spray bunt pan well with pam. Add 1/2 of the batter. In a small bowl mix the diced apples, walnuts, cinnamon, and sugar. Put this over the batter in the pan add remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cake starts pulling away from sides of the pan. When cake is done let cool for 20 minutes before turning on to serving plate. While cake is cooling make glaze, In a small sauce pan add evaporated milk, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. cook till it boils stirring constantly, boil 1 min. set aside till the cake is ready to be turned on to serving plate, Then spoon the glaze over the cake.
