- 1 1/4c. flour
- 1/2c. softened butter
- 1c. pecans
- 1(8oz) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1c. confectioners sugar
- 1(16oz) whip topping, divided
- 1(4oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 2/3c. milk
- pecans
Instructions
- Mix flour, butter, and pecans by hand. Spread in pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cool. Cream the cream cheese. Add confectioners sugar and mix well.
- Mix 8oz. whipped topping with cream cheese mixture. Evenly spread 1/2 of mixture on baked crust.
- Mix pudding and milk. Spread over cheese layer. Spread remaining cheese mixture on top of pudding.
- Top with remaining whip cream. Garnish with pecans.
