Wholemeal-Oat Pastry

375 g (21/2 cups) plain wholemeal flour
200 g (21/2 cups) rolled oats
5 g (1 tsp) salt
250 ml (1 cup) water
125 g (1/2 cup) tofu
Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Emulsify water and tofu
and add to dry ingredients Mix well and divide into 2 equal portions.
Press out thin between waxed paper and place in a pie tray. Fill
with desired filling and cover with remaining pastry. Bake at 200
degrees C (400 degrees F) for 25-30 minutes.
