1 lb. thick sliced bacon, diced
8 med. potatoes, washed and diced
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
12 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
In a large skillet, over either a gas or charcoal grill, cook bacon. Drain excess fat from bacon. Add potatoes, onions and green pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender, stirring often. Beat eggs with milk and add to already cooked mixture. Add cheese and cook until eggs are done.
