If you have a dutch oven or camp oven style cast iron pot all you need for a great desert is a tin of mixed fruit, a packet of cake mix and a can of seven up. Line the pot with foil, empty the can of fruit in the bottom, stir in the can of seven up (fizzy lemonade)with the dry cake mix and pour evenly over fruit. Cook this over a fire with coals on the lid till cake mix is cooked, invert and peel of foil. Guaranteed to delight all ages.
