    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. potatoes, peeled, sliced thick
    • 2lb. yellow onions, sliced thick
    • 2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thick
    • 1 lb. ham, cubed
    • 2T. parsley
    • salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients in a large heavy kettle. Add just enough water to barely cover.
    2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer till thick.
    3. About 2 hours. stirring occasionally.
