List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes, peeled, sliced thick
- 2lb. yellow onions, sliced thick
- 2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thick
- 1 lb. ham, cubed
- 2T. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large heavy kettle. Add just enough water to barely cover.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer till thick.
- About 2 hours. stirring occasionally.
