List of Ingredients
- 2T. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2(16 oz) cans chili, with or without beans
- 1(15 oz) can sweet corn
- 2 lb. spaghetti
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Put oil in a big frying pan. Add the garlic and corn; simmer until brown.
- Add the chili. Boil 2 qts. water and add the spaghetti. Spaghetti and chili should be ready around the same time.
- Mix together and top with grated cheese if you wish.
- Makes: 4-6 servings.
