Toppings: Choose any variety of pizza toppings such as turkey pepperoni, lean ground beef, mushrooms, fresh sliced or chopped tomatoes, chopped green peppers, chopped onion, or chopped or sliced olives, or any other
vegetable you desire.
1/2 lb. dry pasta (gemelli, elbows or other tubular shaped pasta)
1/2 cup fat free or 1% milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 (14-ounce) jar pasta sauce, any flavor
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Recipe
ADULT: Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
CHILD: Blend milk, egg and salt in medium bowl. Add pasta and mix well.
ADULT and CHILD: Spread pasta mixture evenly onto greased 14-inch round pizza pan.
CHILD: Spoon sauce evenly over pasta mixture. Put on toppings. Top with mozzarella cheese.
ADULT: Bake in a 350 degree oven until pasta mixture is set, about 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
