    1 1/3 lbs. ground chuck
    2 slices dry bread crumbled (1/2 cup oatmeal can be substituted)
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. McCormick black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. McCormick dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. McCormick dry mustard (or 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard)
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. catsup for glaze

    Recipe




    1.) ADULT: Preheat oven to 350° F.
    2.) CHILD and ADULT: Measure all ingredients (except catsup for glaze) into a large bowl. Blend well. Divide into 12 muffin tins. Glaze with catsup.
    3.) ADULT: Bake for 15-20 minutes. Check with quick response thermometer to be sure internal temperature is 160° F. If not, put back in oven. Drain.
