3 bread slices, toasted
Mayonnaise or ranch salad dressing
Lunch meat
Lettuce, prewashed and torn
Tomato slices
Recipe
1. Heat bacon in a microwave oven between two pieces of paper towel according to package directions. To assemble sandwich, spread a little mayonnaise or salad dressing on two slices of toast. Top one slice with deli meats and lettuce. Top other with bacon slices and tomato. Stack one open-face sandwich on the other. Top with a third piece of toast. Cut into triangles. Makes 1 serving.
